Master Cleansing Day 6

Today is day 6.  Yesterday I had to go to the mall to grab some new pair of goggles and it was torturous. There's this new bakery with lots and lots of great looking bread but I , of course, couldn't eat. In a way I'm proud of myself for having this kind of discipline and self control. 

 There's just one small thing about this fasting, (see day 1 of master cleansing diet) I can't think properly...or rather, I can't concentrate deeply. I have the energy to be physically active and still exercise, but I can't read my books!

I still make sure that I'm 100 percent in my classes, and I'am !

This morning I was shocked to see how bloated I was so I didn't take the salt solution.
A few hours later , my monthly visitor came and it is no doubt the cause of my being bloated !

I'm loving the new goggles ! The first goggles I got , has this thing for the sun rays so I couldn't see clearly. This goggles is just fine! I can actually see the color of the water and the skies above...and the trees,,,and the birds...and the flowers and the bees...and it's perfect !

I have a strong breast stroke but weak freestyle. But this morning I managed to finish 1 lap in freestyle ! ha!


 


To get things started, I once again joined jazzexercise. It's combined cardio, toning, stretching, and ...maybe strength too?
This is Sharon our instructor ! She's very nice and energetic!

I managed to persuade Lyn to come along. We both took off our shoes and went barefoot, but next time we will be ready!

Master Cleansing Day 5 (survived day 4) and Notes About My Sweet Short Legs

I've been craving to eat solid food. But alas I'm on my day five , and just five more days to go ! I'm trying to be extra patient and careful in my classes because I realize I'm feeling a little bit grumpy! I'm taking two days off from exercise. Tomorrow I will start doing my cardio again.

Here is the 10 min abs exercise I'm trying to do everyday !

My glutes needs work. I have beautiful big glutes but it needs to be shaped. I have a long way to go.
 Some small girls look balanced because their torso and legs are in proportion.
 I have a long torso and short legs. 
I  love my natural physique...I only intend to enhance it! Marilyn Monroe and a lot of beautiful ladies have short legs. I know that with proper dressing, we can create an illusion of being proportionate.
 But I'm not looking for a quick fix so what I'm thinking is :
 If I lift my bum-bums and work on slimmer legs, then I might get a closer look to a proportionate body which the human eye, most of the time, finds appealing.

I managed to drag one friend to the pole routine I'm planning to take on May.
For now, I think I will join jazzercise  again to help out with toning.

Survived day 3 ! Day 4 today ! Master Cleansing in Kuala Lumpur

My thought processing is slowing down....or maybe it's just lack of sleep.

I do not feel week...but I feel dazed... I have to find out whether it's the diet or I just need more rest. 

I finished the bottle of mapple syrup so I headed down to bangsar grocer to pick up another one and a couple more things.

Total Cost : 120
Juicer 15.20 RM
Bottled water, 2 packs of Lemon, Grade D Maple Syrup

I know it is recommended to get Grade B , but I believe Grade D is the finest I can get here in KL. Besides, I do not know where to get grade B. I even had a hard time looking for the juicer around the local grocery shops.

My class is full today! See you tomorrow!

Surviving Day 2 and Entering Day 3 (Master Cleanse )

I woke up this morning and did my usual swimming routine. My energy is not so bad, I managed to finish my lap quota.

I came back and drank the salt water flush solution.

As you can see, I'm already getting results.


I think I'm loosing weight too fast, which is actually the whole idea of this cleansing.


I have read that the results are not permanent , and that you should find a way to maintain while living on a natural diet, once your done with your program.


I'm putting in a little bit of abs exercise everyday.


Last night I also took the recommended peppermint tea, which I didn't like very much.


I lost my voice recently due to phlegm.

I survived cleansing day 1 - March 28

Important Note:
1. Keep a lot of tissue because you will be visiting the bathroom a lot of times in the morning- Wet Wipes and Dry Ones.
2. Buy the strainer and juicer, it will make your life easier. (I don't have it yet)
3. Try to find purified water, I only managed to get "reverse osmosis processed" water. I'am not sure if it's the same.
4. Distract your self while your drinking the salt water mixture. I was supposed to drink 4 glasses but 
I only took 3 because I felt like puking.




Cost :
Extra Lemon : 14 RM
Water and Tissues : 15 RM


So I did it! I survived yesterday's first cleansing day. I have to admit that every moment I was thinking of food. It wasn't easy.

Today I did the salt flush and it was hell. It felt like drinking sea water. I must have spent an hour going in and out of the bathroom after I jugged down the mixture. So looks like it's working.

So now it's cleansing day 2. I did my exercise this morning and I was so full of energy. 
Later I will post the exact recipe of this cleansing diet.

10 Day Cleansing Diet

10 DAY CLEANSING DIET

I went to bangsar grocer and picked up the things I need for detoxifying. I couldn't find grade B for maple but I found a grade D. It cost me 89 RM. Everything came up to 146 RM. I wonder how long this first batch would last me.

Inside the mall, I noticed how slim some small girls really are. They look great!

  Detoxifying. Spiritually, Mentally and Physicaly.


I'm on a 10 day master cleansing diet, other known as "the lemon fasting". 

I'm going to lock my self up until I finish my work. I have to feel competent again.

Cleansing for more clarity , and to loose unwanted fat.
My skin looks dry, and my hair too. Look at those flabs...and my tummy!
I want to be able to squeeze my arms in without 
having it look like a huge sausage.

Current weight : 97 pounds
Target weight : 86 pounds

Mixture:
2 tbsp lemon juice
1-2 tbsp grade B or D Maple Syrup
10 ounce of water = 1 glass
1/10 tsp cayene

Process: 
(6-12 glasses a day , everyday for 10 days)  
(Morning Flush)  730 ml mixed with 1tsp uniodized salt
(Night Flush) Peppermint Tea

Time To Prioritize

I have to pay more attention to my "prioritizing" skills. I met the deadlines but I'm still not going to be free till the end of this month.

I'm trying to tag along some girl friends to some of my activities  so I won't feel so insane.

Time to cleanse my system this week. I've been having too much "drink"= bad calories.

Getting My Enthusiasm Back

Thank God I’m saved. I just found out that the deadline for the teaching video is tomorrow and not today. So I have the night to read the chapters and come up with the lesson plan and tomorrow I will do the recording early morning.  It’s a full day class tomorrow. This Sunday I have to record the two songs and catch up with the study materials. Starting Monday I have to start returning calls and start accepting new students again. I’ve been down and out and was not inspired to do anything.

I started exercising again and I’m thinking of joining this pole dancing fitness craze. I’m so excited! After the crazy deadlines and urgent matters, I shall once again liv-in-la-vida loca!

I’m always wearing wedges but starting to wear pumps. Here’s the new channel, Bobbi brown, benefit, and mac make up line.  I took a picture of the small bottles of baileys too....very cute!!!
