Adjusting to a New Life Style

 Managed to meet the deadlines.

Will post more in a few days.

Swimming in the Morning and Fitness Studio at Night.

Adjusting with Food.

Bad Diet past few days : ate a bag of chips and 1 whole bar of toblerone...ate rice...felt so heavy.

Might do a 3 day fast starting today.


 Apple and Cheese
Broccoli, Tuna, Mixed Veggies! Yummy!
