Final Phase of Master Cleansing Diet in Kuala Lumpur


 I  officially shed off 4 kgs in 10 days. Now that the weight is off, time to tone !

I pigged out today and yesterday . Today I had Caesar salad and fruit juice for breakfast. Rojak and pumpkin soup for lunch! I'm bloated. I ate too much too fast. 

These pictures were taken after the swim this morning. Tonight, I'll go to the fitness studio.
