Trying...trying really hard to be fit =|

I did the usual swimming routine with my co-mermaid this morning.

I'm now officially 43 Kg. My tummy is back!

I've been trying to eat healthy but obviously I'm eating too much.

Swimming makes me hungry.

I will soon do a lemonade diet once again.

For now I'm sticking with the swimming and jazzercise routine.



I made the portions smaller these morning :

1/2 cup milk + 2 spoonfuls of oats + almonds + 1/2 banana + 1 tsp peanut butter
1 whole egg

While exercising, I'm just finishing up the food I stocked up, and then I will go on a diet again. I'm trying to do something. I will explain later.

Post Master Cleansing - Hay-wired and Unplanned




After Cleanse : 41 Kg
Current : 42.5 Kg

 DIET : My diet has gone hay-wired  Although I'm eating quality food (Big Breakfast and Protein Centered Diet)...I know that I'am eating too much too fast...I might go for a 3-5 day cleansing next week.

EXERCISE : Swimming in the Morning and Jazz Exercise at night, five times a week.

WORK : I'am actively teaching and have mellowed down a little bit on performance. I will be back actively performing once I'm done preparing...I miss the stage.

STUDIES: The 2nd semester for the graduate studies is done; and I've graduated from the other specialization course for voice. I'am currently taking two other courses which should be done in 2 years time.

Might do a 3 day fast starting today.

1st day of counting my food's nutrition


I just got back from the morning swim.

Today's food plan :

30 grams of protein for breakfast
Parmesean Cheese / Tomato         10 grams
2 eggs   (1 yolk)                                 12 grams
Peanut butter with 2 tbsp in bread  10 grams
1 slice bread                                   128 calories

Lunch  = 600 needed calories in a day

Half a can tuna             20 grams protein
1 cup cabbage            41 calories
Juice =  Carrot  1 cup chopped 52 cal
              1 cup orange                  112 cal
              1  Tomato                         11 cal

Dinner = Soup (Pumpkin 1/2 cup mashed,23 cal)

Adjusting to a "Normal" Routine


(tomatoes, banana, and orange juice)

(My new edgy hair cut. I like it. I don't have the normal teacher look anymore)

I have a couple of songs to record, and students to organize.

Today I had egg, bread, and fruit juice for breakfast; mushroom soup and crackers for lunch. For dinner I think I will do orange juice again.
My exercise routine consists of early morning swim and jazzercise at night. For some reason I'm still bloated. I'm not experiencing lock of jaw anymore.

 So I just got back from the jazz exercise. Great ! 
I was so hungry. I had caesar salad, tuna, and soup for dinner. You know I gained back 1 pound so fast!
My tummy is STILL bloated !
Let's see what I can do about it tomorrow.

Final Phase of Master Cleansing Diet in Kuala Lumpur


 I  officially shed off 4 kgs in 10 days. Now that the weight is off, time to tone !

I pigged out today and yesterday . Today I had Caesar salad and fruit juice for breakfast. Rojak and pumpkin soup for lunch! I'm bloated. I ate too much too fast.

Post Master Cleansing - Ready For My First Solid Meal!


I feel scared. I have to go back to solid food again from now on ;  honestly, it's easier for me to just drink the lemon juice everyday than to plan a healthy meal!

All exercises will start again tomorrow !
I'm staying back to finish the deadlines.

Yesterday I tried Boost Juice for dinner. The banana made the juice a bit sour...I prefer the juice I had from O briens

Master Cleansing Graduation - Ha! Ha! I did it ! Hurray!


 10 days of not eating solid food and just drinking a liquid concoction! I did it! ~ Gives myself a hug* ...

I haven't been exercising because I'm working on a project which is due this Monday.

Today Ends my Master Cleansing Detoxification and it feels great to drink orange juice!

Sunkist Oranges makes  wonderful juice...naturally sweet...or maybe I just got lucky...or overly enthusiastic? but really, it's just wonderful! Made me smile and laugh this morning ! ha! ha! ha!

So today is orange juice day and tomorrow I can start taking soups and smoothies...and then from there , gradually take solid food...


 As you can see...I have shrunk! I have exercises scheduled for this week and beyond to tone...

I'm also right on schedule regarding my project. Just two more songs to record and a couple of papers.

I will go for a swim on Monday morning and will take a proper photo. 


I will post the ingredients, where to buy, and how to's instruction soon.
    I have a full teaching day today.

Last Day of Master Cleansing (10th day) in Kuala Lumpur

This is the morning of my last Master Cleansing Day.
At the beginning of this post I mentioned that my
Current weight is - 97 pounds
and my Target weight is - 86 pounds


I'm now 90 pounds, which according to the online BMI calculator, is just the right weight for me.
The video camera can make you look a little bit more "extra" than you are, so I'm going to have to video myself and decide if I'm happy with my current weight. (I'm a professional singer so this is all important to my job)

I didn't do any exercise at all yesterday as I'm rushing some projects. I'm back on schedule and if I stick to it, I will be able to finish my work on time for the deadline. I don't think I will do any exercise today too. I will just finish up my coaching work and finish up my deadlines.

At the end of this master cleansing posts, I will write a comprehensive guide to what I did during the process. I will also post a before and after picture.

You know, not a lot of people are aware that I'm actually at the midst of a very sensitive period of my life right now.  But I have no time as of the moment to succumb to sadness and frustrations.
You'll  know something is not right once I start doing things a little bit over the top. I tend to use the negative energy to fuel positive actions.
I have to be strong, I have to move forward, I have to get things done ! ....and so please help me God..to do what is right not only for others..but for myself

Master Cleansing in Kuala Lumpur Day 9 - Preparing to ease out

 I went to midvalley to look for Grade B Maple Syrup. I wasn't able to find it. I ended up getting it again from bangsar grocer.

I bought 2 packs of orange and one more bottle of grade D maple syrup (105 RM)....preparing to ease out!

Tomorrow is the 10th (last) day - April 5. 
Orange Juice Diet on April 6 (Saturday)
I can start having liquid diet - juices and soups on April 7, which is a Sunday.
And Monday I should be moving on steadily to my pescetarian diet. 

As I've said, I'm rushing a few projects . But I think later I can squeeze in 1 hour of exercise. I'm feeling better from my period too! Good !

Master Cleansing in Kuala Lumpur Day 8

I didn't do the salt flush today because I'm not feeling too well due to my "flow".

I didn't even exercise.

I needed to go out to the mall to get something and I ended up buying myself a glass of - tomato + carrot + apple from O'Briens. It was a detour from the lemon diet but I was feeling hungry.

I took the pepperment tea, and now off to bed !

I have a few things to rush up for my deadlines!

Master Cleansing Day 7 , Kuala Lumpur Malaysia

As I've mentioned in my earlier post, my monthly friend is on a visit and so I'm a bit lethargic.
I didn't do any exercise today except for a couple of stretches.
The detoxification routine went on as usual, the whole day : Morning Salt Water flush and Lemon Juice the whole day.
I'm not taking the tea tonight though , as I suspect it has a bit of caffeine which makes it hard for me to sleep at night.
